Air Connect Piping system are composed of Multi layeredcomposite pipes and a range of different types of fittings.The fittings are available in Brass and Plastic materialsand are joint using either compression technique or crimptechnique. This provides the customer various options tochoose from depending on their budget, requirementand application.Compressed Air is required in manufacturing andindustrial activities for a multitude of applications. In Air Connect pipes the innersurface of the pipe which comes in direct contact with airis made of polyethylene which unlike metal pipesguarantees absence of rust and impurities formed bycondensation that could become detached from the pipewalls. Cleaner Air also means that the filters require lessmaintenance. Also Air Connect pipes are suitable for useat high operating pressures of upto 232 psi. Air Connect Pipes are constructed of an inner andouter layer of Polyethylene sandwiched over analuminum core. All the layers are permanentlybonded together by an intermediate layer ofpolyethylene based adhesive. The aluminum coreis sealed by Over-lap welding technology whichenables the pipes to withstand high workingpressures.The Polyethylene layer contributes approximately30% to the overall strength of the pipe, theremaining 70% coming from Aluminum layer. It isa bendable pipe and comes in coils of upto 200meters which significantly reduces the number ofjoints in the piping system such as couplers andelbows.TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION:
