All the layers are permanentlybonded together by an intermediate layer ofpolyethylene based adhesive. The aluminum coreis sealed by Over-lap welding technology whichenables the pipes to withstand high workingpressures.The Polyethylene layer contributes approximately30% to the overall strength of the pipe, theremaining 70% coming from Aluminum layer. It isa bendable pipe and comes in coils of upto 200meters which significantly reduces the number ofjoints in the piping system such as couplers andelbows.
